                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                  OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO EXECUTE A LEASE
                  AGREEMENT WITH THE BLACK FIREFIGHTERS
                  ASSOCIATION RELATIVE TO LEASING THE SHEPHERD
                  COMMUNITY CENTER.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of Parks and
       Recreation be and the same is hereby authorized to execute a 
lease
       agreement with the Black Firefighters Association relative to
       leasing the Shepherd Community Center.
